Can I get another service earlier or later than the one I have booked?
The tickets you have booked are valid only for the time and date you chose to travel. However, you may be able to amend your ticket.
If your ticket is amendable, journey amendments can be made prior to travel by calling +44 (0) 8717 818181 (Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 20:00 UK time) and selecting option 3. An amendment fee will apply so please have your credit/debit card details to hand. Please note that an excess fare will also be charged where a higher fare category applies.
