How do I cancel a ticket because of ill health?
Where customers make a specific reservation with us, we ask that they cancel their booking at least 72 hours prior to the time of departure if they won't be travelling with us. This allows us to offer that seat to another customer. All cancellations will incur a £5.00 per person cancellations fee.
As we state on our tickets and in our conditions of carriage, refunds cannot be made on tickets cancelled after the date they should have been used. The travel ticket becomes invalid in such situations. The only exception to this is if we receive evidence that the customer was unable to travel, such as a medical certificate. In this case, send a copy of the tickets in to us with a covering letter stating what happened and Customer Relations will consider a refund. The address to write into is:
