What does "hand luggage only" mean? Will I be able to take suitcases?
Hand luggage is luggage which can be taken on board the coach with you and stowed above your seat, rather than going into the hold underneath the coach.
If your stop is listed as "hand luggage only" you will not be allowed to load or unload suitcases, because the luggage hold will not be opened.
