My luggage is slightly over the limit. Will it be allowed on the coach?
Luggage is limited to two medium sized suitcases (weighing no more than 20kg) per person, plus one piece of hand luggage on all services except those identified as "hand luggage only" services.
We can offer no advanced guarantee that excess luggage will be carried, as we have no idea what each customer will bring. If you bring excess luggage, it will only be carried at the driver's discretion.
Even if there is space for your excess luggage, the driver will not be obliged to lift it into the hold if it is above the weight limit of 20kg.
