I'm booked to depart from a particular stop, but can I get on at a different stop, en route?
If you do not board at the pick-up point specified on your ticket, you will be classed as a "no show" and your seat may be given to someone else. If you wish to change your pick-up point, then you will need to amend your tickets.
Journey amendments can be made to e-Tickets prior to travel by calling +44 (0) 8717 818181 (Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 20:00 UK time) and selecting option 3. An amendment fee will apply so please have your credit/debit card details to hand. Please note that an excess fare will also be charged where a higher fare category applies.
