How do I change my booking?
Journey amendments can be made to tickets prior to travel by calling +44 (0) 8717 818181 (Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 20:00 UK time) and selecting option 3. An amendment fee will apply so please have your credit/debit card details to hand. Please note that an excess fare will also be charged where a higher fare category applies.
