How long before my tickets are posted to me?
If you have chosen to have your tickets posted to a UK address, they will be sent Second Class (special arrangements apply to bank holidays). Tickets can be sent by airmail anywhere else in the world.
To ensure adequate time for your tickets to arrive, you must allow:
7 clear postal days for delivery in the UK and Europe, and
14 days for delivery outside Europe
We no longer offer the option to have your tickets sent First Class. If you are booking less than seven days before travel, you should choose the e-Ticket option and print your own ticket. If the e-Ticket option is not available (for example, if one leg of the journey is operated by a third party), you can also choose to collect your tickets from the departure point.
A booking fee may be payable for posted tickets. Please check when booking.
