I had planned to choose the e-Ticket option, but this does not appear to be offered, and there is no local pick-up point for tickets. Can you advise please?
If one or more legs of your journey is not operated by National Express, you may not be offered the e-Ticket option. If ticket collection is not feasible, you will have to opt to have the tickets sent to you by post, or alternatively, purchase them at your nearest outlet.
A booking fee may be payable for posted tickets. Please check when booking.
