I booked an e-Ticket but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have the ticket number and security number that you received at the end of your booking, click here to view and print your ticket now.
If you did not note down the ticket number and security code, and have not received an email confirmation, please ensure that you have checked your email's junk or trash folder and that you entered your email address correctly.
Although we make every effort to send an email containing the details, we cannot guarantee that you will receive it, due to the transient nature of email. For this reason, we try and encourage customers to print the ticket at the time of booking.
