How do I change the date on my ticket?
Journey amendments can be made to e-Tickets prior to travel by calling 08707 818181 (from 08:00 to 20:00) and selecting option 3. An amendment fee will apply so please have your credit/debit card details to hand. Please note that an excess fare will also be charged where a higher fare category applies.
