What proof of disability do I need in order to receive the Concessionary fare?

If you are entitled to pay the concessionary fare, you will need to show one of the following when booking, and carry it during your journey.
  • Paperwork confirming receipt of disability living allowance or pension eg award letter, payslip, annual review letter
  • Disabled bus pass/freedom pass issued by local authority
  • Blue badge or orange car badge
  • Letter from medical practitioner on his/her or hospital letterhead (not a photocopy) declaring you to be disabled
