What proof of disability do I need in order to receive the Concessionary fare?
If you are entitled to pay the concessionary fare, you will need to show one of the following when boarding your coach:
- Paperwork confirming receipt of disability living allowance or pension eg award letter, payslip, annual review letter
- Disabled bus pass/freedom pass issued by local authority
- Blue badge or orange car badge
- Letter from medical practitioner on his/her or hospital letterhead (not a photocopy) declaring you to be disabled
