I've booked a funfare. Can I change my journey times, or get a refund?
Funfare tickets cannot be refunded, but the journey time can be changed prior to the departure time shown on your ticket. To amend your ticket call 08717 818181 or visit a National Express ticket office.
An minimum £5.00 amendment fee will apply so please have your credit/debit card details to hand. Please note that an excess fare will also be charged where a higher fare category applies.
