Can I change the date of my ticket by email? I am overseas at the moment.
Unfortunately we cannot amend tickets via email, as as all amendments incur a small fee (plus any excess fare if a higher fare category applies) and for security reasons, we cannot take credit/debit card information via email.
We hope to be able to add an amendment facility to the website within 12 months. However, until then, you will need to call 0044 870 608 5681 (from overseas) and an agent will assist you.
