Do I have to pay a booking fee?
When you book online at www.nationalexpress.com, we try to keep booking fees to a minimum.
UK journeys
If you book a National Express for travel in the UK you will be charged a 50p booking fee.
If you choose to have your ticket delivered to your mobile phone, there is an additional 50p m-Ticket fee.
European journeys
If you book a Eurolines ticket, for journeys into Europe, there is a booking fee of £3.
